Api-San SPA, currently Apicenna LLC, was one of the first to enter the market of development and production of veterinary drugs in 1991. From a small laboratory, Apicenna LLC has turned into a modern Russian enterprise with full-cycle production, equipped with modern technological and analytical equipment: its own production facilities, warehouses and quality control laboratories.
The first drug developed and released for sale is Demos acaricidal ointment.
The company has actively begun to develop the production of: veterinary drugs, zoohygienic and cosmetic products, as well as disinfectants and insecticides for various purposes.
Dana drops (applied to the withers) were developed. The upgraded Dana Ultra line is currently being produced.
The presence of our own quality control laboratory, excellent technical equipment for production and a modern instrumentation pool help us to produce high-quality products every day.
Apicenna LLC received a quality management certificate GOST R ISO 9001-2011. This is an international standard designed to create a unified Quality Management System at the enterprise.
Over the years of research and work, our product range has been constantly expanded and currently includes more than 200 items, which allows us to cover almost the entire range of problems related to animal diseases.
In 2016, the Prazicide trademark was awarded the national Product of the Year award in the category of "Anthelmintic drugs for pets".
In 2018, Api-San SPA changed its name to Apicenna, LLC and received a GMP certificate.
This certificate is an official confirmation that Apicenna, LLC, in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, dated 06/14/2013, No. 916, "On approval of the Rules of Good Manufacturing Practice", ensures the production of goods that meet all modern requirements for pharmaceutical products.
In 2022, the company joined the national Labor Productivity project, which would increase labor productivity by at least 5% annually for three years from the start of the project.

Today, Apicenna, LLC is a modern high-tech enterprise with 14 production sites, automated warehouses for raw materials, packaging and finished products, as well as laboratories for quality control and development of new products.
