Stop Cystitis for dogs

Stop Cystitis tablets are used in dogs and cats for treatment and prevention of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract (cystitis, pyelonephritis, urethritis) and urolithiasis, prevention of infections after diagnostic procedures, and during the postoperative period after removal of urinary stones.

Each 200 mg tablet contains: nitroxoline 25.0 mg, drotaverine hydrochloride 30.0 mg, horsetail extract 10.0 mg, persicaria extract 10.0 mg, nettle leaf extract 10.0 mg, licorice root extract 10.0 mg, lingonberry leaf extract 10.0 mg, birch leaf extract 10.0 mg, excipients up to 1 ml.

Stop Cystitis tablets should be given to each animal individually with food or popped directly to the back of the base of the tongue for therapeutic purposes twice daily and for preventive purposes – once
daily for 5 to 7 days according to the doses specified in the table below.

The duration of treatment is determined by the attending veterinarian depending on the physiological condition of the animal and the development of the disease.

  

Contraindications include acute cardiac, renal and/or liver failure and the animal’s individual hypersensitivity to the drug components

The drug should be stored sealed in the manufacturer packaging, protected from direct sunlight and kept separate from food products and feeds at temperatures between - 10°С and + 25°С.

The drug has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture, provided that the storage conditions are met at all times.
