Prazicid Complex NEO is used in adult dogs and cats, puppies and kittens starting from the age of 2 months for treatment and
prevention of intestinal nematodosis, cestodosis, entomosis, otodectosis, sarcoptosis, notoedrosis, demodecosis and protection
of animals against ixodic ticks.
Praziquantel — 100 mg/ml, ivermectin — 5 mg/ml, fi pronil — 100 mg/ml, excipients: dimethyl sulfoxide, polyethylene glycol-400, Blue, River fragrance, butylhydroxytoluene, butylhydroxyanisole, benzyl alcohol.
The preparation should be applied to the animal’s skin by parting its hair in an area the animal cannot reach with its tongue (e.g., the neck area at the base of the skull or between the shoulder blades). If the
animal being treated is large, the preparation should be applied to 3 or 4 spots.

Depending on the type and weight of the animal, multiple Prazicid Complex can be combined to obtain the dosages specifi ed in the table below:
The drug dosage for dogs weighing 40 to 60 kg is 6 ml, which is achieved by combining 2 pipettes of 2 ml and 4 ml, for dogs weighing 60 to 80 kg – 2 pipettes of 4 ml each.
To remove fl eas, bloodsucking and biting lice and protect pets from ixodic tick attacks, Prazicid Complex should be applied monthly throughout the entire insect activity season. The medicine should be applied externally onto dry undamaged skin.
For the treatment of otodectosis (ear scabies), the medicine is applied to the skin as a single dose. It is advisable to clean the ear canal from exudate and scabs during the treatment, and where
otodectosis is complicated with otitis, antimicrobial and antiinfl ammatory drugs should be administered.
In case of sarcoptosis, notoedrosis or demodecosis, the drug is applied with a swab to the aff ected areas, which should be precleaned from scabs moving from periphery to the center including
up to 1 cm of unaff ected skin, according to the doses specifi ed in the table. The treatment should be given 2-4 times with 10-14 day intervals until clinical recovery, as evidenced by two negative
acarological tests. Animals with extensive invasions should be treated in two stages with a 1-day interval by fi rst applying the medicine to one part of the aff ected body surface and then to the
other.
The treatment is recommended to be combined with pathogenetic and symptomatic drugs according to their instructions for use.
For deworming in case of nematodosis or cestodosis, the drug is administered for therapeutic purposes as a single dose and for preventive purposes – on a quarterly basis according to the doses
specifi ed in the table.
To keep the medication from being licked off by the animal, it is advisable to use a cone collar, muzzle or noseband, which can be removed 20 to 30 minutes after the solution is applied.
Prazicid Complex NEO should not be used for treatment of animals suff ering from infectious diseases, recovering, malnourished and
weakened animals. The drug should be used with caution for Collie, Sheltie and Bobtail dog breeds and their crossbreeds.
The drug is stored in a closed manufacturer’s packaging, in a place protected from direct sunlight, separate from food and feed at a
temperature from 2 °C to 25 °C.
The shelf life of the medicinal product, subject to storage conditions in the manufacturer’s closed packaging, is 2 years from the date of manufacture.
