Stop-Coccid 2.5% 100 ml

Stop-Coccid 2.5% is administered to broiler chickens, replacement chickens, turkeys, geese and ducks for treatment and prevention of coccidiosis and in the event bird develop clinical signs of the disease.

Toltrazuril — 25 mg/ml, excipients up to 1 ml.

Stop-Coccid 2.5% is given to birds with drinking water for two consecutive days in the dose of 7 mg of Toltrazuril per 1 kg of bird body weight (28 ml of the drug per 100 kg of bird bodyweight), which
is equivalent to:

• 1 ml of the drug per 1L of drinking water given to birds for 48 consecutive hours, or

• 3 ml of the drug per 1L of drinking water given to birds 8 hours daily for two consecutive days.

In severe cases of the disease the treatment should be given to birds after 5 days.

During the drug administration birds should only receive water containing the drug.

The therapeutic solution retains its effect for 48 hours.

The bottle containing the suspension should be shaken well before use to disperse the sediment, if any.

Slaughter of broiler chickens for meat is allowed no earlier than 14 days, turkeys, geese and ducks - no earlier than 16 days following the most recent use of Stop-Coccid 2.5%. Meat of birds that had to be slaughtered before the time periods specified may be used to feed fur-bearing animals.

The drug may not be given to laying hens as it accumulates in eggs.

The drug should be stored sealed in the manufacturer packaging, protected from direct sunlight and kept separate from food products and feeds at temperatures between 2 ºС and +25 ºС.

The drug has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture, provided that the storage conditions are met at all times, and 60 days once the bottle is opened.
