Halofuginone (in lactate form) — 0.5 ml/mg, excipients up to 1 ml.
Halocene should be administered to calves strictly after feeding, orally, to each animal individually using a syringe or with individual serving of colostrum (milk, whole milk substitute) in the dose of 1 ml per 5 kg of animal body weight (corresponds to 0.1 mg/kg halofuginone) once daily for 7 days.
The recommended drug dose should be observed precisely to prevent adverse reactions.
To achieve maximum preventive effect, reduce the number of oocysts excreted into the l environment and prevent the spread of cryptosporidiosis, Halocene should be given to all calves on the farm at the same time.

Halocene should not be given to calves who had diarrhea caused by Cryptosporidium parvum for more than 24 hours and weakened
animals. The drug should not be given to animals before feeding.
Halocene is not intended for use for springer and lactating cows; the drug is well tolerated by calves in the recommended dose from the first days of life. Halocene should not be used together with other antiprotozoal agents.
The drug should be stored sealed in the manufacturer packaging, protected from direct sunlight and kept separate from food
products and feeds at temperatures between +5°С and +25°С.
The drug has a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture, provided that the storage conditions are met at all times, and 3
months once the bottle is opened.
