Dana Ultra is used in dogs and cats, puppies and kittens from the age of 10 weeks for the treatment and prevention of entomoses
caused by fleas, bloodsucking and biting lice, acaroses caused by sarcoptoid and ixodic ticks.
Fipronil — 100 mg/ml, thiamethoxam — 50 mg/ml, pyriproxifen — 50 mg/ml, excipients up to 1 ml.
Dana Ultra drops are administered by spot-on application to areas the animal cannot reach with its tongue (e.g., the back area between the shoulder blades or the neck area at the base of the skull)
according to the doses specified in the table below.
If the animal being treated is large (over 20 kg), the pipette contents should be applied to 3 or 4 spots.
Do not apply Dana Ultra drops to wet and/or damaged skin, bathe the animal in open water or wash it with shampoo for 48 hours after the treatment. Avoid exposure of the animal to direct sunlight for 24
hours after treatment.
Treatment of animals during the period of greatest insect activity should be done as required, but no more frequently that once a month.
In order to prevent re-infestation by fleas, the animal’s bedding should either be replaced or treated with an approved insecticide according to its instructions for use.
